Each month AccuForce recognizes an Associate from each of our branches for outstanding work and contribution.

Our Associate of the Month for May for the Lenoir office is Josh Debrow! He is staffed at Pregis Corp as a Machine Operator. The supervisor had many positive things to say about Josh. He has been there for about a month, and they said he has great dedication and is a fast learner. They are very happy to have Josh on their team! Here at AccuForce this is something we love to here! We also told Josh to keep up the great work, and how proud of him we are here at AccuForce!!

 

Todd Williamson is our Knoxville Associate of the Month for May! He works at Bush Brothers and has perfect attendance and volunteers for every overtime opportunity. Has a great attitude and steps up whenever needed. Thanks for all of your hard work, Todd!

 

Congratulations to Milton Vaughn who is our Morganton Associate of the Month for May. He is a great worker! His coworkers and supervisors are very impressed with his great attitude and willingness to help others. Way to set a great example Milton!

 

Ronnie McQueen is our Johnson City Associate of the Month for May! He is an excellent employee that takes on extra work whenever asked and has had no absences since he started with Mullican. Great work, Ronnie!

 

Our Hickory Associate of the Month for May is Joshua Ross. Joshua started out as a packer for HSM-PTI Solutions and was quickly promoted to a machine operating position. Congratulations to Cynthia Garcia who is our Morristown Associate of the Month for May! She works at Barrette Outdoor Living and was promoted within her first 30 days. She always does her best. His supervisor let us know that he did a great job taking initiative of a situation (where a fellow team member was falling behind in) that the team needed without having to be asked or told it was an issue. Congratulations to Collin Page who is our Kingsport Associate of the Month for May! Collin was chosen due to his hard work on what started as a short term project, BUT within 2 weeks our client decided he was such a good fit for them they bought his contract out early. He is now a full time employee with Mycroft Signs doing an amazing job and traveling all over and loving what he does!
Matthew Hammonds is our Bristol Associate of the Month for May!! Matthew is an outstanding, hardworking team member with great attendance. He has been with us for 90 days and should be hired on by our client soon. He is a dedicated team member and determined to get the job right the first time. Congratulations Matthew! AccuForce April 2018 Associates of the Month

Each month AccuForce recognizes an Associate from each of our branches for outstanding work and contribution.


Noureddine “Ben” Boulaki is our Morganton Associate of the Month for April! Ben is an excellent Associate and has great attendance. He has been there for almost 90 days and should be hired on soon! He is a very dedicated Associate and he was determined to get a job back in February, when he came into the office. He rides a scooter and came into the office when it was very cold and we knew right away he would be an excellent associate! Congratulations, Ben! Fisher Laws is our Lenoir Associate of the Month for April! He works for us at Pampco in Lenoir. The Plant Supervisor, Adam Prestwood said Fisher is a prime example of a hard worker. He started and went in and has just done above and beyond what is asked of him. He is a great worker & they can’t be more happy to have him as a Associate! Congratulations, Fisher!

 


A big congratulations to Tilda McMahan! She is our Hickory Associate of the Month. Tilda works for us at Peds Legwear and she has never had any attendance issues and does very exceptional work. AccuForce March 2018 Associates of the Month

AccuForce February 2018 Associates of the Month

Each month AccuForce recognizes an Associate from each of our branches for outstanding work and contribution.

For the month of February, the Lenoir office chose Broshell Caldwell for our Associate of the Month. Broshell is a wonderful employee, and his supervisors speak highly of him. He has wonderful attendance and motivation to work hard. He is also leaving in the middle of March to serve in our United States Navy. We could not be more proud, and we congratulate him on his next journey!

Hickory

Ronnie Lewis was awarded the Hickory Associate of the Month for July. He is a dispatcher at the MDI. Ronnie has been an employee at MDI since 1967. He retired from MDI after 40 years of employment. MDI wanted to bring him back on part time during his retirement. He says that he has seen a lot of changes since he has been there. The company just continues to grow. You can tell by those around Ronnie, that he is well loved and appreciated. It was truly a blessed day for AccuForce to be able to reward such a dependable, devoted, hard worker. Now Hiring Food Safety and Quality Manager

POSITION LOCATION: Newport, TN

SUMMARY

The Food Safety & Quality manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, reviewing and maintaining policies, programs and procedures relating to food safety and quality for regulatory, customer, and GFSI requirements.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Follows all workplace Environmental Health & Safety, Food Safety and Quality policies and procedures.
  • Researches and implements procedures to comply with the FDA and USDA Regulations
  • Accountable for and will lead facility in-house and third party audits, GMP & sanitation inspections and liaison with regulatory personnel.
  • Ensures food products meet regulatory, company, and customer standards.
  • Manages and oversees all food safety programs. This includes but is not limited to HACCP, Food Defense, Pest Control, Preventive Controls, GMP’s, Supplier Controls, Waste Management and any programs related with GFSI compliance.
  • Manages documentation related to all Food Safety Programs. This includes editing and developing policies as required.
  • Serves as HACCP Coordinator, PCQI, GFSI Coordinator, and supervises the Sanitarians.
  • Establishes and coordinates facility and farm training procedures and schedule. Oversees training of employees in quality assurance procedures including GMP’s.
  • Oversees manufacturing and production process compliance to Food Safety guidelines.
  • Serves as liaison between the Company, customers, and suppliers for food safety and GMP related issues.
  • Prepares reports and maintains records related to food safety and quality programs, policies and procedures and audits and inspections.
  • May be assigned additional duties as needed.
  • Occasionally may travel for educational purposes, visiting suppliers, and customers.
  • Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • Has knowledge of the policies, procedures, and regulations related to Food Safety & Quality in the areas of GMP’s, HACCP, FSMA and GFSI.
  • HACCP and PCQI Certified
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with employees, management, customers and regulatory personnel.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate scientific field, with minimum of 2 years of Quality Assurance experience. . Prior experience with agriculture operations is a plus.
  • Exceptional computer skills with MS Office products and comfortable learning new software programs.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Working conditions include the ability to work inside in warm and cold environments and outside during all seasons. Work involves occasional lifting of materials and product up to 50 pounds.
